Covid-19 response

We’re happy to say that we’re still able to bake during Covid-19, whilst keeping you all safe and filled with cake!

We take your safety as serious as we do our own. So during these tough times of uncertainty, we’ve outlined our operating guidance to work to so we can consistently provide our products safely, whilst reassuring our customers of how we do it.


We have always taken much pride in the quality ingredients and materials that we use to create our products. This will not change during the various phases and restrictions during Covid-19.

We only receive materials from reputed stockists and all packaging is thoroughly cleaned upon receipt of goods.

We will continue to operate at our exceptionally high standards within the kitchen, with extra sanitisation for good measure.

Product collection

Our preferred method for you to receive goods is to collect them from our secure porch way. We’re located at The Avenue in Shoreham-by-Sea. The porchway is regularly cleaned, plus before you collect and then again afterwards. Collections will be entirely contactless to keep us safe.


We will continue to offer our postage sets from our online store. These will all be created and packaged in accordance with our safe operating standards. It is advised to externally clean anything that is delivered to your house with a sanitising wipe.

Local drop off

We will be offering to deliver goods to your door (locally in Shoreham-by-Sea, only), when it is possible to do so. These drop offs will require products to be paid in full, electronically, prior to the day of delivery. We will provide you with an approximate time of drop off so you can ensure that you’re home to receive your goods. We will ensure that we are masked and sanitized, again, before entering your property boundary.

We’ll look forward to seeing you, but we’ll place your package at your door and speak to you from a distance to do so.


Currently, we’ll be taking all payments electronically wherever possible to eliminate the risk of contamination. We’ll ask for payments to be complete prior to dispatch or release of goods.


We take a 50% deposit of your order total to secure order slots. Due to the uncertain climate with bookings, we ask that you fully assess whether or not you will require your cake or other products. We will honour your booking wherever it is safe and legal for us to do so and will purchase materials to fulfill confirmed orders. Due to this, to protect us from loss, deposits will be entirely non-refundable. We will, where possible, move your booking to a new celebration date to prevent you from being at a financial loss.
